This song has been kicking around on R.E.M. bootlegs as "P.S.A." for ages,
but is a different recording. I have it on a bootleg vinyl LP called Mumble
which is certainly from the Lifes Rich Pageant era, additionally containing
several b-sides/alternate takes and studio run-throughs of otherwise
available material.
