I remember seeing the Flying Nun episode on Nick at Night about 3-4 years ago.
Sally writes a "hit" song that gets recorded by the Sundowners and pays off a
debt the parrish owed or just makes them rich..something like that. Great
scene
with the Sundowners performing in a Go-Go. Also remember seeing Every Mothers
Son play "Come On Down To My Boat" on Get Smart. I also loved Danny Hutton,
Fantastic Baggies (aka Sloan-Barri), Beau Brummels and the Gilloteens (great
garage band) appearances in animated form on the Flintstones! I always
wondered
if they were "real" recording artists when I was a kid and where you could buy
the records.
I also remember seeing Sham The Sham & The Pharoahs on a TV show - then again
it might have been some Beach Party movie.
