The RIAA and its major label cohorts are circling the drain. The best 
analogy I've heard recently is that the majors are the non-swimmers in the 
Internet swimming pool...and they're drowning. They're panicking and 
grabbing as many professional swimmers to take to the bottom with them. The 
RIAA is the lifeguard attempting to save the WRONG person drowning.

And we, the remaining industry folks, are the bystanders waiting for 
everyone to get out of the pool.
