Thus proving that the RIAA and its representatives are as morally
bankrupt as their business oughta be.
I've heard this before in another context, although it's probably not a
good idea to bring that issue up here.
Suffice it to say that the belief that "the only thing preventing people
from committing crimes against others is fear of being caught and
punished" shows an overwhelming lack of faith in people in general,
saying more about the person expressing that belief than it does about
the rest of humanity.
I've never even considered shoplifting. But I don't seem to have any
problem downloading music.
Hmmm . . . Maybe they're just not the same thing . . .
