Hey Francesc,
Interesting that you compare Silver Sun to Honeycrack, because in Mike's
initial post where he queries about bands comparable to Silver Sun, he
mentions that SugarPlumFairies/Celebrity Squares had been cited as such on
the Silver Sun list. The two main songwriters from Honeycrack, Greg Hatwell
and Willie Dowling, were also the main men of SugarPlumFairies and are now
the songwriters of The Celebrity Squares...so I guess it's all come full
circle with your post.
Incidentally, The Celebrity Squares will be playing IPO Liverpool on
Tuesday, October 14. Their EPs are excellent, and I'm really looking
forward to seeing them play!
