Well, it keeps the music alive and in print...but knowing the issues of the
one that Capitol wanted to release three years ago fairly well, blame Eric
Carmen, not Capitol...or the battling Bryson/Carmen feud, as well.
The bonus material is the problem w/ that earlier attempt at a great comp.
They fought about money issues related to the trax and changed their mind
about wanting them on the CD---after EMI pressed them. There's many
thousands sitting, sadly, in a warehouse. They may hav been destroyed by
now, even.
Many times, we can't blame the labels for obvious deletions or supposed
oversights...there are many issues that can result in such a comp as this
new one, coming out the way it did.
Still, that said...i'ms ure they could have gone 15 trax, not 12.
