Should he be higher or lower?

These lists are always the source of endless debate; that's what they're
for. A couple observations:

--Johnny Ramone????? That because he knew E, A, AND B?

--Jack White, enjoy. This is the last time you make this list.

--Stephen Stills higher than Neil Young... anyone ever see them play
together?

--Nice to see Haynes and Trucks getting their due... Haynes even scoring so
far above Betts.

--I'm sure there could be more women on this list than the token nod to
Joni, and the misguided citation of Joan Jett. Ani DiFranco could be on
this list. Or Vicki Peterson for that matter, given some others who made
it.

--I'm sure everyone can think of a favorite or two that they think ought to
be here. My two-- these guys are constantly overlooked as guitar players--
are Lindsey Buckingham and Ronnie Wood. Woody is the most under-appreciated
guitar player in the history of rock'n'roll.
