Here's a little addition for you re: Blanket Of Secrecy...
upon seeing the names of Roger Bechirian & Andy Howell, I did a little
memory check, and sure enough - Roger Bechirian produced the Monkees' 1987
album POOL IT, and the first single from that album ("Heart And Soul") was
co-written by one Andrew Howell. Howell appears to have another writer cred
on the same album ("She's Movin' In With Rico"), amidst tunes from Ian
Hunter, Tommy James & Joey Levine.
An interesting turn of events, don'tcha think?
Can't say I recall having heard Blanket Of Secrecy, but perhaps a little
visit to the local vinyl archaelogy dig sites is necessary.
