The majority of DVD-Audio discs CAN be played on DVD-Video players.  The few
exceptions would be those that are strictly DTS surround, and that's only if
you don't have a DTS decoder.  Without the decoder you take the risk in
potentially ruining your speakers!

At the very least there is a stereo mix that is of a much higher bandwidth
than a standard CD that can be played on your stereo system (although in the
case of "Pet Sounds" there is also a hi-rez mono mix).

Chances are Neil's "Harvest" DVD-A sounds incredible...like the acoustic
guitars sound as if they are in the room with you.  It all depends on the
quality of the digital transfers, and the state of the original masters and
multi-tracks.
