If this is true, tell the list who pulled this crap. No, the person is not
under any legal obligation to sell the CDs at the originally quoted price. But
they shouldn't be allowed to post them for sale on this list. I would expect whoever
moderates this list to take away that person's posting priviledges.
This is ridiculous. If you offer at a certain price, then hold to it. If you're
going to "lose money" (as the person claimed), then you're running a business, and
you shouldn't be posting to this list in any case.
