Subject best powerpop

I too have a difficult time defining powerpop. Much of what I love would 
probably be considered more psyche pop or merely 60's pop (Kinks, Beach 
Boys, Beatles, Zombies, etc.), though it is hard not to hear the 
influence of those bands on the later stuff like Big Star and Cheap 
Trick. It all seems to be more of a continuation to me. However, based 
on what most people define as powerpop, I would have to say that my 
favorite album would be Jellyfish "Split Milk" and favorite single is 
Badfinger "No Matter What". It's hard to top those.
