I should probably add that I've always enjoyed the first post-Merchant
10K Maniacs solo record -- where John and Mary rejoined the combo.
"Save It For A Rainy Day," was a tremendously endearing tune, and I did
like their cover of "More Than This."
I assume, with Rob Buck's death, the Maniacs have ceased to function as
a recording/touring entity? I know they went on hiatus, but I don't
recall ever reading any formal announcement of their dissolution.
