I agree.  American mags just don't *get* it as far as I am concerned.  I 
think that The Big Takeover and Magnet are fine magazines but as for most of the 
rest....!!
I read Uncut and Mojo and other UK mags for real quality coverage about music 
and films, books and shows etc.  You are right!  Q has gone downhill of late. 
 It is getting more and more "kiddie" oriented it seems each month but parts 
of it are still great.
Even though Blender does have one or two interesting articles in each issue I 
view it as nothing more than a Playboy music issue minus the nudity.
