Years before this happened, I was listening to "Rocket Man", and the line "All
the science - I don't understand. It's just my job 5 days a week" reminded me of
Shatner. He used to complainabout the Trekkies (forget that "Trekker"
stuff...dammit, Jim, we're Trekkies!) that would ask him about Trek science and
stuff. This was even before the legendary "get a life" skit on SNL.

I even dare to wonder if Shatner or any other TOS actor inspired Bernie to write
that line?
