This was posted over on the Negro Problem list, but the new Stew CD called "Something Deeper Than These Changes" should be released on Sept. 23rd...

I've heard Kingdom of Drink, and Statue Song is a long time favorite (written at the same time as Bijou and it finally showed up in one form on Stew's "Sweetboot 2" earlier this year) .. L.A. Arteest Cafe also appears on the CD by The Lullabies in a slightly different configuration. The Lullabies are at http://www.thelullabies.com/. Stew, Heidi, Jeff Merchant and Michael Whitmore. Their debut CD is now for sale on that site.
