Cathy: thanks for your kind post about IPO Vol. 6

I'd like to chime in about a few songs

Particularly a few that might tend to get lost in the 66 song 3 CD Set
The Concert For Bangladesh Of Power Pop records?

First off is
 Disc 2
Track Five

The Crayons
Alison Fell Off The Bike
Produced by the Churchill's Wow !!
in another time and place this would be a Radio Hit

Disc 1 Track 18
Nelson Bragg "Tell Someone"

Very Tasty acoustic Folk-Rock harmony heaven
from the Drummer/Singer of The Now People and The Quarter After
and A some times member of Byrds of a Feather
which of course makes perfect sense

Disc 3 Track 15
Trip Adagio
It has a Left Bank /Prince's Around the World in 80 Days vibe
 Nothing else quite like it

Disc 1
Garth McDermott "Everything That Ever Was"
Really Strong song with spot On production
Made me want the hear more

Disc 12 Track 15
20 Cent Crush Yeah Yeah Whoohoo.
Brit Pop connects to some kinda so cal catchy chorus
 great song
Phil Rosenthal strikes back!
Mb
Np see above
