Slade sent me a copy of the brand new Trolleyvox disc, "Leap of Folly". It's
the brainchild of guitarist Andrew Chalfen and features the exquisite vocals
of Beth Filla. I reckon it's possibly the nicest record I've heard this year
(I strongly recommend it to all my fellow Auditeers). It has a swell
Revolver era Beatlesque
groove on several of the tracks and Andrew's lyrics are not the usual
moon/june crap at all. I find myself fairly jealous....
