...and the live material couldn't be released together with 
the previous re-issue? Same grouse with the Live at Leeds re-
re-issue, they keep finding new material to add on and charge 
you the full price *sigh* yes I know this is what they do but 
I don't have to like it (or buy it for that matter...)
