So hip-hip-hoorah for those hard working DIY musicians and labels, but if any of them shares their actual experience, they're "bitching."

well when they weren't. Everyone in that band has built a life for
themselves being creative because they didn't wait around for anyone else to
do it for them.
We create our own reality. My life is ultimately a much more important
piece of art than any song I could write. I refuse to waste any more of it
bitching about the work which is a privilege to begin with.
