I recommend the Sir Finks (Instrumentals in the Key of Boss). It can be hard 
to find ; it appears to be available at Amazon.com.  The Sir Finks are from 
Austin TX . They started out as an instrumental trio and they have now 
"evolved" into a new band called The Ugly Beats. The Ugly Beats don't have a 
CD but they are playing occasionally around Austin. Los Straitjackets are a 
good pick as well. I haven't listened to any samples yet but I noticed an 
Aussie band on Not Lame called The Alohas (CD title : Get Leid With <grin>). 
Seems surf-y to me...
