First - I'm glad to hear that they were good - the recent live CD/DVD could
have been "fixed" (and actually there were some overdubs here and there for
at least background vocals), but you could tell that they were a tight band.

In regard to the drum sets, chances are that rather than carrying multiple
kits or even carrying a kit at all they have their backline provided by the
concert venue, something that many touring groups do to cut down their
transportation costs.  Multiple guitars?  That's easier to do, and if
anything like the DVD, Doug does change guitars a lot.
