good point, Bryan, as astute as ever :)
the great pop-rock divide - when did pop become rock anyway?
it began as rock 'n' roll in the late 50s, became pop in the
mid-60s and by the 70s it was rock...
from Meet the Beatles to Revolver to White Album, I suppose...
got chewed up by an editor once for refering to the Stones
as 'pop' so there
thoughts anyone?
