Actually, it is....

Even in Spanish, "Los" is a definitive article just as "Le" and "Les" are in 
French or "The" and "A" are in English. Same rules apply.

The sticky one for me has always been The Pursuit Of Happiness because the 
band also went by the acronym TPOH...meaning that they could rightfully be 
filed under "T".
