Yes, thanks Jim for the report. Glad to know you finally escaped New
Jersey. Btw I still think fondly of our late night talks at Orchid
circa Poptopia 98.
Re: the Red Clay Ramblers - Tommy Thompson passed away this year. A
guitar wiz if there ever was one, I for one thought he could have done
much better than the RC Ramblers. I remember one interesting, drunken
night at some country manse outside Chapel Hill with Thompson, Dave
Olney, Tommy Goldsmith, Steve Runkle and possibly Jim Wann where
musical history was made.
