Jocelyn asked "~~~~is there some sort of del shannon's greatest
hits/comp or something??? just seeing all these titles
makes me go...oh yeah!!! awesome! much like sam
cooke, who i know so much of his music but didn't
necessarily know at the time that it was all sam
cooke, i'm thinking that i need to get at least a grt.
hits of del shannon."
http://www.srv.net/~roxtar/shannon_del.html lists the songs and lyrics for a
greatest hits CD, with info on the songs.
I was very concerned about taking my SAT test back in 68. When I took my
eight grade high school
entrance test, I came home and found out Sam Cooke had been shot. When I
took my PSAT's in 67,
I came home and found Bobby Darin had died. But nobody died after my SAT, so
I guess the curse was over.
This article describes Del Shannon's 1990 suicide as being caused by Prozac.
