I picked up "The Fine Art Of Self Destruction" when Uncut named it their 
"album of the month" a few issues back (the equivalent of a NotLame 
"extremely highly recommended").

Yes, it has a definite Ryan Adams influence to it. In my opinion, that's a 
good thing. Your mileage may vary.
