Dear Cathy,

I will be performing this year at IPO, with the same zany backup band...This
year, we are billed by our proper collective name, Preoccupied Pipers.  

Our contribution to the IPO CD is entitled "Worldwide Pantisocracy" and can
be downloaded here:

We'll be performing as *the very last band* at IPO 2003: Sunday August 3rd
