Always getting to these things so late:
First LP: "Super 70's Hits," picked up at the local Pantry Pride back in
'76 or so. Contained hits like "Love Will Keep Us Together" and "Bad
Blood." Just wish I had seen the smaller print at the bottom of the
cover..."as sung by the King's Road." After putting the needle down, all I
kept asking myself was, "Is that the Captain and Tenille??"
First 45 - David Geddes "Run Joey Run" - and I bawled like a baby each time
I heard it. Funny how time can so radically change your perception on such
things.
