I want to "revise" now. :-)
First owned - age 7 - April Wine "Whole Worlds Going Crazy" - my brother
gave it to me when I threw a fit.
First purchase - Dr. Hook "Pleasure and Pain"
First 45 purchased - "Revolution / HeyJude" (pretty sure)
First begged for from parents - "FM" Soundtrack
The rest of 80-81 is a blur but included:
Who "Face Dances" / The Rolling Stones "Emotional Rescue" (loved the
posters)
Donnie Iris "Back Of The Streets"
Police "Outlandous D'Amour" / Led Zep "In Through The Out Door" (tapes
stoled from brothers car)
Pink Floyd "The Wall"
The Knack (I remember being afraid to play it xmas morning 'cuz I though it
was too dirty"
Tom Petty "Damn The Torpedos"
Lee E.
