When I first read this post I said to myself "I know I have a list of great
soft pop albums somewhere", and after searching for awhile I finally found a
list that had been part of a column I wrote for the Pure Pop website in
1999. It was basically a list of great soft pop LPs which needed to be
released on CD. Below is that list. Afterwards, I'll list those which have
