Last night I battled the traffic on the Sunset Strip to Tower Records for
the Fountains of Wayne instore. It ended up being only an ill Chris and
Adam. They played a mixture of new and old tunes. Started off with one of
my favs - Red Dragon Tatoo. Stacy's Mom is a cute tune. I love the Buddy
Holly injections...p-hoo-hoo-hoo-hool. They had the cd on sale for $9.99!
So I picked it up. This is definitely one of the better cd's I've heard.
Mexican Wine is extremely catchy. The song that really reached out and
grabbed me is Hackensack. I do agree that it could have been sequenced
better. The tempo does slow down as the album progress.
