FoW did a fun in-store at the Clark Street Tower Records here in Chicago
this evening. A few bum notes and cracked vocals, but, hey, it was an
in-store ... and Adam and Chris cracked a few jokes to make up for it. Great
turnout, too -- they sold a pile of *Welcome Interstate Managers* this
evening.
While I was there at Tower I also bought the new Rooney album, which means
that this evening I bought two of the three albums that were being played
nonstop on the club P.A.s at IPO Chicago per the request of the festival's
impresario. David Bash will no doubt be tickled pink.
