When I put out my first solo record in 2001, I paid roughly $400 for a run
of 100 CDs with four-color printing on the disc and a 4-panel sleeve.
Obviously, the price goes down when you're ordering a larger run, but, (and
others wiser than I can correct me here), I think what I paid was about
standard, and might even have been at the lower end of the scale.
