The Kaisers are amazing. Who on earth else sounds like the early Beatles?!?

AS far as The Sounds go, I thought someone had told me to check them out, so I was predisposed to enjoying their appearance, but after about 30 seconds I decided they were pretty awful. They had a lot of energy, but their sound seemed really empty, thin and joyless. She did have plenty of Moxie, and there was a lot of energy on stage, but it didn't make up for the fact that she sang so badly out of tune. I'll give them the benefit of the doubt, as people I know who have done such TV appearances often complain about the ability to get a good stage sound / volume. Although it didn't hurt Radiohead on Letterman very much did it?
