Granted that they're the two catchiest songs on the new FOW album,
but both "Bright Future in Sales" and "Stacy's Mom" pass the memorability
test. It's now been five days since I've last heard either one, and yet both
choruses still run through my head with regularity. Of course, Andrea and
Jason are right that "Bright Future in Sales" has no future at all as a
possible single, but if sheer stick-in-your-head staying power still has any
effect in what determines a hit single in Top 40 radio, "Stacy's Mom" has
got it going on.
