Why doesn't Bruce do his next box set on them??? The European sales would
be solid, if nothing else.
I have just about everything the Maels have done, with the exception of
"Introducing," which I've never found in any form. I looked for years before
finally finding "Terminal Jive," but never have found "Introducing." My
proudest possession on vinyl is a copy of Sparks debut S/T album, bought for
69 cents as a cutout at Woolworths. I didn't know anything about them, but
as a comics geek, I had to buy any album that had a track called "Wonder
Girl." I've bought them all ever since, even the lowly Curb Records years.
By the way, in the same purchase as that initial Sparks album, I bought
NRBQ's "at Yankee Stadium." I've never been the same in terms of the music
I listen to and love.
