But, indeed wasn't  "I Want You (She's So Heavy)"  influenced by Peter 
Green-era Fleetwood Mac? I think I read somewhere that it was indeed 
Lennon's intent.

The best  "I Want You (She's So Heavy)" homage has to be "Heaven 
Tonite" by Cheap Trick.
