I had heard of that before too but Jobs has denied it in the past. I
think the reason you don't find any Beatles songs on there is the same
reason you never see Beatles CDs/Records in music clubs. Basically I
think it's the Beatles controlling their catalog. 

Overall this service seems pretty cool. There are a lot of artists
absent at this time and there are several albums that don't offer all
the songs but I really think they are just testing the water right now.
If this goes over it could really change the way the industry works.

Just my thoughts...
