Speaking only for myself: I like the Dixie Chicks, and was commenting
only on the contents of this thread, not their music, which I like, the
backlash, which is horrible and ridiculous, or the article, which I
have not read. I thought the context was kind of clear from the fact
that I quoted the sentence I was responding to, but whatever.

Yep - me too. Just yesterday, in fact. I think I typed an adjective I
did not mean to type in that sentence, for which I apologize, but all's
I meant was that the *appearance* that the dark-haired girl was the
only one who could think her way out of a paper bag was unfortunate.
Maybe they're all very smart and two of them just know nothing about
rock trivia, I don't know, but it made for some serious train-wreck
television. That's all I was saying.
So, hi Audities! I haven't posted anywhere in a long time because I've
been kinda depressed, and wow - having a bunch of stuff I didn't
intend read into my first post is like old home week. :-) (Not a slam
on Bill - it's probably my fault.)
