Montreal orchestral pop-noir band, The Dears, released their third CD
entitled, "No Cities Left" on Maple Music Records (same label as
Kathleen Edwards). ChartAttack describes it "...as an epic recording
that grabs you by the heart..." and has been described as "the crowning
jewel" in the renaissance of Canadian pop and "one of the best records
that will come from anywhere this year" (FFWD). Not a recording to be
played at 4 AM. The Dears can be found at <www.thedears.org>.
Teenage female pop-punk band, Live On Release ("I'm Afraid of Britney
Spears"), are back with their sophomore CD, "Goes On A Fieldtrip". The
CD will be released in Canada on April 29th. More info at

Canada April through July.
