I just got a CD on Get Hip Records called "On Top Of Things!", by a
Montreal-based band called The Chains.  This is authentic garage music of
the first order, with a lead vocalist who reminds me a lot of early Dave
Edmunds.  Lots of fuzz, lots of harmonicas, but most importantly, lots of
melody!
