BRAVO, Will. You nailed it squarely on the mark.

It's definitely what you make of it on all accounts, especially when you 
speak of kids. Something like that Merrymakers lyric:

"take a look outside
And you'll see what's going on
Could it be - you've been
On the inside for too long?
See the world again
Through bright new twinkling eyes..."
