~~~~yipes! three kids. that's not exactly what i
meant. i'm 29, and i don't plan on having kids. i'm
way too selfish (reason #231), and no, i'm not
changing my mind... what i meant was maybe i'm
missing something in the dynamic of a married
relationship and the scheduling of free time/going to
shows/working one's musical taste into things, etc.
and no one ever addressed the deal about going to a
show with another friend (instead of going to a show
by yourself, if that's a stumbling block). it just
seems sort of weird to go to a show if you positively
are struggling through it cause you are turned off by
the artist. i mean if you really love someone, do you
want to have them sit there gritting their teeth??
i want someone at the cubs game with me who truly
enjoys ball..they don't have to like the *cubs*, in
fact, if they don't, it will be more fun...but
music...well, that's a little different...
