Weird. Just saw them six days ago in Lincoln, NE,
and both songs were featured, near-end-of-show
numbers. "Woodstock" was played as a slicked-up
rocker, and SJBE was just the three of them with
Stills on guitar as the only instrument. Stills was
certainly the weakest of the three vocalists, but on
this night he totally nailed the "...it's my HEART..."
high falsetto note near the end of SJBE and the place
went nuts.

Maybe these two songs are just on the "we're firing on
all cylinders tonight, boys!' list, (as opposed to the
'things are going okay, but let's not push our luck'
list.) It was a great show, and I remember telling my
wife on the way home, "I'm glad I waited to see these
guys until the technology - great monitors, acoustic
guitars you can plug directly into a PA system, the
ability to get both great clean & distorted electric
guitar sounds at reasonable volume levels, etc. -
finally caught up with them". DS
