The problem as I see it, Bill, is that anyone can easily obtain a MAP to
your home. Phone book listings are great. It can be a time saver to have
that available online - and maps for business locations, okay, I can go
along with that. But do you honestly want just anyone to be able to just
click on a link to find exactly where your home is located with convenient
directions to get there? Maybe it's paranoia, but I don't think that so
much access to a person should be easily acquired over the Web. We should
at least have the right to not allow it to be published, and unlike the
freaking phone company, it shouldn't cost extra money for that personal
privacy.

I know you don't mean any offense - nor did I in posting the story in the
first place. It just seems that every day something else comes along that
makes it more difficult to live a private life without uninvited intrusion
of one form or another, be it SPAM in email or potential crime victim. I'll
shut up now - forget that I tried to be a nice guy.
