I guess I subscribe to the "legal" interpretation of Yes, as Squire owned
the rights to the name by the time ABWH did their first album and tour.
I'll grant you on the surface it sounds like Yes, but Jeff Berlin (on the
live set) ain't Squire. But hey, why split hairs? (I've lost enough
already.)
