Will the Bell Starlings (Jensen Bell aka Daryl Jensen and Jim
Laspesa) ever release a record? I keep listening to the audio
portion of a video I shot Poptopia 98 (Borders acoustic show)
and the 2 songs off mp3.com and just keep a wondering...

Hey, Michael --
I happened to speak with Rick (Darryl) Jensen last week and I asked him what was up with the record. He says that it's not "done" -- although it's already been mastered. He's waiting for the inspiration to record one more song before he thinks about releasing it. Rick marches to a different drummer, so to speak, and has unusual perspectives on things like careers in music, etc. At this point, I'm doubtful he'll release it any time soon, which is unfortunate. I've heard it and I think it's brilliant.
