It's my second day in Minneapolis, MN and a nice surprise was awaiting me in my work mailbox.  My friend from Japan sent me the new Matthew Sweet disc.  It's truly a great power pop record.   I was feeling a little blah this morning, and I put this one right away.   It's fun and it just lifts the spirit!

Another cd my friend sent is a cd called "Bring 'em in" by Mando Diao.  I can't recall if they were ever mentioned on the list.  If they have, I must have just forgotten.  Anyhow, this is awesome.  It's sound is like mid 60's euro-garage rock.   They are on Capitol (Sweden).
