<<<<I have a question that is bugging me.

Last night I watch part of "Raising Arizona". The scene in question has
Nicolas Cage in jail on the lower bunk of a bunk bed. The prisoner in the
bunk above him has a very silly exchange ending with "when we didn't have
crawfish we ate sand"
Nick says somewhat questioning..
"You ate sand"? (this may be a poor paraphrase)

Anyway, I remembering quite awhile ago hearing this exchange in a song and
wondering where it was from. Now I finally have the source but can't
remember the song or the performer!
Does this ring a bell for any one? >>>>

Been trying to catch up on past Digests and I haven't seen this one
answered yet.

I'm pretty sure the RA dialogue is on Bill Lloyd's "Set To Pop" record but
I forget which tune it's associated with.
