As for pop music, who can tell me about Flashcube Gary Frenay's 97 solo
release "Jigsaw People"?
I liked this one a lot. It's less acoustic than his previous "Armory Square"
that I also liked a bit more, but it definitely falls into the
singer/songwriter genre than power pop. I bought both of these before I even
knew what power pop was, on the recommendation of somebody in another group.
It's full band arrangements of well developed tunes with good clear vocals.
